Return & Refund Policy

What can be returned?

You may return unworn, unsized, and undamaged jewellery within 14 days of purchase. All tags and original packaging must be included with the returned item. Custom-made jewellery, resized jewellery, and engraved pieces cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

What can't be returned?

Jewellery that shows signs of wear or tear. Jewellery that has been damaged or altered. Custom-made jewellery, resized jewellery, and engraved pieces (unless due to a manufacturing defect).

How to return an item:

Contact Noor Jewellers within 14 days of purchase to initiate a return. You can reach by email info@njjewel.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item securely. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any certificates of authenticity or appraisals. Ship the return package to the address provided on the return label. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price, excluding any original shipping costs, within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please follow the return instructions above. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a full refund and you can then place a new order for the desired item.

Warranty:

Noor Jewellers offers a 1-year warranty on all manufacturing defects. If your jewelry shows signs of a manufacturing defect within 1 year of purchase, please contact us to arrange a repair or replacement.

Additional Information:

We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not meet the return criteria. This policy applies to all purchases made at Noor Jewellers, both in-store and online.
